Knowledge Management

The Knowledge Management is the most import step in getting started with AirtokBot. This is where you will add all of your project information to the knowledge base. The knowledge base acts as a central dataset for all of the agents to use.

Add Knowledge

Clicking "Add Knowledge" will trigger the bot to accept new knowledge base inputs.

You can add any text based knowledge to the Knowledge Base. Currently the bot will accept any DOCX or TXT files and will automatically load and process the embeddings for these files.

The bot also accepts any website URL. Whilst it will accept and process any website some will generate better results than others depending on the structure of the website. We recommend using a GitBook website for knowledge due to it's formalised and consistent structure.

Please note, that websites will only be scanned when they are added to the knowledge base and will not be updated automatically, if you make changes to your website content you will need to add the knowledge again.

Set Website URL

Setting the website URL helps ensure that links used in posts and replies are accurate.

When setting any website URL's please include the HTTP or HTTPS at the start of the URL.

Set Whitepaper URL

Optional; if you have an online whitepaper you can set the Whitepaper URL helps ensure that links used in posts and replies are accurate.

When setting any website URL's please include the HTTP or HTTPS at the start of the URL.

Set Social Handles

Setting social handles is not requried, however it help's the chat bot to provide accurate handles and links when user's request them. Simply click the social platfrom and send the handle name. You can include the @ symbol when sending the handle name.

Set Contract Address

Setting the project's token contract address will allow the chatbot to provide users with the contract address when requested. Whilst you may already have the contract address in your knowledge that you added earlier, setting it here will ensure it is provided accurately.

Delete All Knowledge

This option will clear all of the knowledge that is added via the "Add Knowledge" option.

This action can NOT be undone. Deleting all knowledge will be final.

Settings such as Website URL, Contract address and Social handles will NOT be deleted by this action. Only knowledge stored in the knowledge base will be cleared.
